Meeting this Wednesday, 10th November, please bring deposits along, and menu choices if possible.
I will be collecting them as the Twins are not able to attend.

Thanks Matt.
Don't worry too much about the menu choices on the night, as I can drop them in at the pub when we get them all.
So if you get some, pm them to me or Rob and he'll do one of his fancy computerised spreadsheet thingys.
I think the pub would prefer a complete list of choices all in one go.
Regarding deposits I'm sure they would appreciate what ever we can hand over on the night.

One thing worth mentioning though to all attendees - the Menu small print states that they will add a 'discretionary' 10% service charge to the final bill for all parties over 10. So best budget for £30 all in. Sorry.

Thanks!

I think £30 is very reasonable for that sort of festive meal.

So we've got a list of 24 names now. Slightly different to above.
Matt paid 19 deposits on wednesday. Thanks Matt.
I'll drop in the menu choices and last 5 deposits next week if I get a chance.

Pete - I realise you're busy this weekend but i just need yours and Julie's menu choices when you get a chance.
Apologies if you've already given them to me but i can't see them. (might be old age as James H just suggested :D )

A great night out, lovely to see everyone, even though there were many tales of woe.....

I hope Wendy, Dave Bish, and Jacquie all make a swift recovery... and Paul too from an extensive Long Covid bout.....

Nice to see everyone there. Shame Gavin couldn't make it due to work commitments.
I think Steve Rawlings has convinced Joe Reynolds to build a Pro Mod car during his forthcoming retirement.
