Historically, our code has never covered the Friday IIRC.
24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not…

That's interesting Stu and would answer the question. Might be a good topic for feedback after the show

I might be wrong, but I have a feeling it started as it was supposed to be some kind of press day or something? We always went on Friday and gave up trying to use the code as it excluded that particular day. Haven’t tried in recent years so could be way off. :D

Thanks Stu,

Alison has replied to my email and has provided screen shots showing that the code worked for all days when she used it. We can't explain why it didn't work earlier.

The press are allowed in from 9am to 10am on Friday and the general public from 10am onwards

Cheers Steve :thumbright:

That's right Stu - as far as I'm aware this is the first year that they've offered any discount for the Friday.
I used the code when I booked our Friday tickets a few days ago and it worked ok. Also booked a car park ticket to get £4 discount. Still £12 but better than £16

At least I know I haven’t missed out on discount for years and I’m not going mad.

I used a different promo code I got from elsewhere and it brought the price down by a few quid, then the booking fee bumped it back up by a couple for the pleasure of doing my own booking. :D

I booked the £12 parking up front too, seemed daft not to. Best pack some butties for the wait to get off the car park. Heading up with a mate who’s into old UK classics and has an SD1 and a Dolly Sprint amongst others, so he’ll be wondering what on earth I’m looking at with the Yanks.

See you there maybe. :thumbright:
