BW35 tailshaft housing

Post by AndyB »

A mate is chasing a decent tailshaft housing for a Borg Warner 35 trans. In a VJ Charger with a 265. Probably like rocking horse Bananarama! in the UK but, you don't know if you don't ask!

Probably should have written 'sh#t' to avoid the bananarama!

ah for tony

i owned a bw35 once but sold it.

think he is limited to 6 cylinder VG onward cars

other option is to get a slant 904, cut a section from the bell housing from it and the BW35 and weld in the BW35 starter part in in the right place
run the 904 converter.
potentially cheaper to get one from Oz

otherwise asking these fellas has helped me before

expect $100-200 for a blasted cleaned checked housing
