need to find some one to do some simulation work on some body designs, airflow. Stress analysis will help you on chassis design.
100% and this is something we are working on.
Computer simulated analysis of the tubular frame was carried out and I felt we should push the structure and rigidity higher.
We designed a gusset that would be laser cut and CNC folded which would fit both the tube diameters
The tube is T45 so using a 1.5mn S514 sheet we had made 180 of them to weld into the frame everywhere
This design has allowed for a very strong and lightweight frame. I haven’t seen this style in the pits before and feel it’s a real game changer

The closer you are to death the more alive you are
Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a branch of fluid mechanics that uses numerical analysis and data structures to analyze and solve problems that involve fluid flows.
Computers are used to perform the calculations required to simulate the free-stream flow of the fluid, and the interaction of the fluid (liquids and gases) with surfaces defined by boundary conditions. With high-speed supercomputers, better solutions can be achieved, and are often required to solve the largest and most complex problems.
So we have refind our design put in it a giant super computer and this is what came out after 3 days of computing
Yes 3 Days the computer was working on it !!!!!!
