Computer simulated analysis of the tubular frame was carried out and I felt we should push the structure and rigidity higher.

We designed a gusset that would be laser cut and CNC folded which would fit both the tube diameters

The tube is T45 so using a 1.5mn S514 sheet we had made 180 of them to weld into the frame everywhere


This design has allowed for a very strong and lightweight frame. I haven’t seen this style in the pits before and feel it’s a real game changer

So we have refind our design put in it a giant super computer and this is what came out after 3 days of computing

The boundary layer condition on the wheels is affecting the rear wake region pretty badly. Need to correct that.

You are 100% correct !

At first we though we could plat her hair but we quickly realised that Disney makes all heads very oversized. (Q the joke)

Her head and eyes where around 60% scale while her body was a pretty good 40%


So we pulled off her head bless her and drew her neck in CAD and 3D printed a 40% scale crash helmet


We also got her some cloths !
