Post by Robin Bain »

Hi folks. I'm rebuilding a 70 Charger and needing a heater matrix. Anybody got one. Cheers

Standard heater matrixes are available from Rockauto. Com and are an acceptable fit . If you have aircon the heater matrix is different and it may be easiest to have a local specialist re-core your existing one

If you have one that is leaking I'd suggest getting it rebuilt. They rarely crop up second hand and are likely to leak as well.
I did this on my Challenger, Kempston Radiators in Bedfordshire did a great job.

Depending on how important originality is you can get generic heater cores from Car Builder Solutions. More kit car oriented but it will be hidden anyway.
