Best 1970 Cuda ever?

Post by Jeff »

Well this week I saw something I thought I would never see.
A 1970 convertible Cuda...

The original owner still has it. It has 800 miles on it!
I am keeping this Mopar....... SOLD!

I think the only one I can remember seeing was the Hemi when it was still being used daily in Cheshunt way back when…

I am sure that is the 'Cuda we had on the MMA Stand at the NEC one year?

I think it also has some Film Provenance with Mr Depp involved?

Well, when I say best, I don't mean in my eyes.... The Best Cuda I ever saw was that Hemi one with the whacky flake and candy paint. Saw that at Columbus. I believe it is back to stock now unfortunately!

Yep lots of erasing of history goes on in muscle car collector circles, it’s vandalism in my eyes. I believe the custom painted Hemi Cuda did finally fall into the hands of someone who decided it needed to look like all the rest of the museum pieces.

It did Blue. Billy and I were fortunate enough to see it in the flesh. It was truly amazing!

I have to agree with Blue, whilst not the prettiest, this is an amazing car. I have been up VERY close to it, and it is matching numbers 4 speed, low miles and street race prepped from day two.
