The very first Cobra was painted pearl yellow, and red, and blue... Shelby got it painted a different colour for every magazine or show; so it appeared there were a few about. I think it's called homologation
This is not an original, it's a 'component car'

I was talking to one of our component suppliers recently, turns out he owns a real 427 Cobra and another one in bits that was his brother's, had them for donkeys years apparently....

Ash Rawson painted this, i remember seeing it on his website before he did my duster. I Like the color, its different, but doesnt look out of place.

That yellow is slightly authentic, the first Cobra was painted pearl yellow at Moons... Latterly, it was an option which Shelby referred to as 'that godawful yellow'
