Firstly - you are in Scotland so the fact you have a blue sky in your photos must mean they are photo shopped! :D

Secondly - Nice car. Not a fan of the wheels but each to their own. :thumbright: :thumbright:

haha yea right up in the Highlands in that picture too.

And i'll have you know we had blue skys and hail stones at the same time two days ago here :D

well I go to aviemore (almost there ! )but anything past there is too far north even for me, most folk on here wouldnt know where were talking about !

I have been to Thurso for a meeting....mind you I have been to both Glasgow and Edinburgh for job interviews....

i live down in Ayrshire now but im originally from right up north in a wee village not far from Thurso, all my family are still up there so im up that way quite a bit and there are some great roads up there

I love the south west of England and the Lake District but you cant beat the Highlands for scenery, empty roads and great walks. Furthest north I've been is only Inverness and the Isle of Skye, but have been to other Highlands areas between Loch Tay and the Caledonian Canal quite a few times in the last 20 years. Bloody love it :D

There are some fabulous driving roads up there. We have friends in Dunoon so have driven there and done days out, as far as Aviemore, Glen Coe and Oban, and skirting the lochs to Inverary. Went to Inverness as well, but many yaers ago in a Mazda 323.

Hope to do some of the roads in something more becoming, best so far was my mates Audi S4 V8.
