They didn't feel they were that bad to me. But I am 6 foot.

I used to be 6' 1.25" but that's old age for you.

Sorry I can't remember how much I paid as it was a while back however the website quotes $71.95 each belt. You can see the price if you click the "products" link on the page I sent and scroll down. Perhaps worth a quick E mail to see if they are coming back into stock soon.

Will do. Thats reasonable. The Aussie drop links are £50ish by the time posted and similar for the generic belts. If its $72 all in thats very good IMO.
Thanks.

aussie links will work with any belt... including fixed length non recoil belts
big wide 0 on the end all but the most ostentatious buckle tab will fit through although you might have to remove the plastic trim and refit on some

just stuff the original top loop down the side of the seat or cut it off with bolt croppers or a hack saw.

other option is to dismantle the belt at the real end. Not Fun at all....
much like dismantling a recoil starter or an alarm clock... getting all the bits back in, is a fight.
getting it all back in and have it function as well as it did is a whole new challenge that only become apparent after you have congratulated yourself on a job well done

but if you have belts already you don't need new ones, you just need the drop links. unless of course you just have a lap belt or a lap and cross belt as 2 separate parts.

Oz dollar is 55p at the mo. i purchased mine when it was closer to 100p... :(

Got reply from the supplier of the full kit - they are out of stock as their supplier doubled the price. They are looking for a new one - so could be a while...
