water in footwells

got water in both foot wells on the pickup,

having a hard time finding said leak, even with pouring water onto the truck and waiting grrrrr

iv put Vasaline on wiper holes, iv cleaned up A post area.. im lost any ideas helpful please

Maybe running down holes inside the "A" Pillars?

Rusted out plenum in the engine bay?

Roof gutters rot out quick. Normally front corners. Worth a look

I lost a grommit on the bulkhead once in wifes Rav4. It filled up with water - devil to find ! Toyota put a whole new carpet set in it. Worth a look though - they say water doesnt go uphill, but it does !

Or you take the route i took with my old Marlin - drill a hole in the floor. :)

Ha ha....I had a great old Peugeot 406 that always had water in the spare wheel well in the boot. Drilled a small hole as you say...problem solved! :D

1st rule - it’s only silly if it doesn’t work. Water in car ? Drill hole to let water out. :thumbright:
