Doubt it Simon cos Polaras after 64 (65 and onwards ) were C bodies, so most probably have wider/longer seats
My guess would be a seat from a Plymouth Belvedere/Satellite of the same age might be a similar enough size to fit yours, if you cant get one from a Coronet. Whilst they may both be 66 B-bodies, it doesnt guarantee they'll both fit
I've sent an email out to a bunch of 62-65 owners via the http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/welcome.html website asking if anyone knows what other seat(s) might fit - I'll let you know if anyone's got any bright ideas.
B body rear seat

just had a reply back from some septic ice cream (sorry, broke out in a bit of cockerny then), saying that:
"Rear seats are the same from 66 thru 70 2 door B Bodies - different upholstery patterns of course. That should widen your search for a suitable replacement."
I know you were looking for charger seats at one point but this should confirm B-bod Plym (2dr) should do too....
but not C-body tho!
