Plymouth Sygnet.

Post by Gringo »

It's not exactly Mopar City round these parts, but a couple of months ago, a neighbour of mine had a 1967 Plymouth Sygnet delivered to his door. Got me scratching my head. Had a chat to him, and it turns out it has been in his family since about 1970. He's a French bloke, and it's spent all its life in France, but he's just had it shipped over after his old man died. Runs a straight six, four speed, and I think it was a column shift. Very original, but does need some tidying. Not seen one before in the flesh. Nothing spectacular, but a bit different all the same. Will try and get some pictures posted next time it comes out. Might be a little while yet, cos it needs an MoT.
Any other Sygnets in the country? :?

...and Mr Bailey's Sygnet is not quite as original as the French one either!

Just trim I would think. One of the guys on here has a '69 Valiant, not sure if it's a Sygnet though....
