It needs the 60 ft to pull the 9,s that gear ratio is perfect my challenger went 9.44 146 mph with 4,56 gears and a shorter tyre than yours i would not swap them out,,

I remember this car from the mid/late 80's. Got some pictures of it somewhere, probably taken at Long Marston.
1970 Road Runner, 505CI, 4 speed, GV overdrive, 3.91 gears.
11.98 @ 117mph on street tyres

How do you get on with the drums ( all around I assume) and non power?

the drums work find but i only need to use them once a run lol
so never been tryed on the road yet

Yes they seem ok for the first few times, different story on the road :shock:
still debating whether to change mine, not on the road much but still think I will have bite the bullet and do it :thumbright:

after this weekend at the national finals we now have some new ET personal bests, the mph pb is still at 130mph but we now have -
60ft - 1.40
1/8th - 6.47
1/4 10.246
