The past 2 weeks Ive replaced the gutter trim around the front windscreen and sides. New kit from the states was pretty impressive and identical to the original parts so clipped in straight away.
Ive fitted the Holley carb & Edelbrock intake & new gaskets all round. I also fitted a new valley seal / new plugs / leads / rota arm etc - timed it up, adjusted carb slightly and we have a runner. Big difference on drivability and it really picks up at higher revs. Noticed a slight water leak from the Thermostat housing so i removed it - fitted a new gasket and re-sealed it. The water leak continued so I removed it again and noticed a hair line fracture on the neck. I replaced this with a new unit and all is well.

And the Charger won Best of show at Tatton Park - It was featured in the Manchester Evening News last week.

Decided to restore the gauges ( inspired by Si's work and the price they are fetching on Ebay USA $1870 for a reman and $1000 for ugly used ) They were sat in a box in my garage gathering Dust. Still keeping the new Instrument panel in the car but if I ever sell it the new owner has the option.
The refurbishment was pretty simple - Not gone into massive boring detail but the pics cut a long story short. Used a sharpie permanent silver metallic paint pen to highlight the wording on the panel and the outer trim.
Gearbox is off to Duncs for a rebuild - ordered a kit from Brewers along with a new clutch / speedo drive etc.
Once engine is built Im shipping the car to Dave B's to have it fitted and set up correctly.
