Power steering box seal.

Just got my power steer box out of my 1970 Satellite. Its leaking from shaft where steering column connects to. I've got a rebuild kit for it and took it to a company down the road that repairs steering racks. He said he might know somewhere to send it to get down.
Anyway, he said they can't do it because you need to balance it after and they don't???
So anyone know where i can send it?

I've rebuild a few of them now.
The seal where the column connect to I replace with the box in the car.
They are very simple.
The only time you new to balance the pressure is if the reactor valve on the top is damaged and you fit a new valve or the steering will self steer in one or both directions.
