That would be nice :) but in reality

Anyhow a little update, been a bit busy having a tidy up in the garden and welding a Transit...Oh Dear  but thats a story thats not for here.

Back to the important subject, made a start on the drivers door. This one has the tinworm mostly in the frame rather than the skin except for a couple of small spots.

Not done much lately except clean up one of the calipers, not rebuilding them at the moment don't want them seizing up in storage as not going need them for a bit yet so I've coated the piston/bore in red rubber grease.
On a side note I've got my ferry booked for the end of the month got a week and a half back home on my own working on the Charger coming up.

Also since these photos were taken I've now ordered new pistons as the originals had some heavy rusting where they pushed on the pads, had cleaned them up and painted them but Rockauto had reduced them to good price :)

Thanks Miles, theres no rush for them at the moment. I've got to take sometime of work in October, maybe take a run down and pick them up....I've not been that way for 20+ yrs :)

It's time to head up North again and work on the Chargers shell :)
The daily's loaded with steel and tools and I'm setting off later this evening to catch the morning ferry, got 550mls driving followed by 2 1/2hrs on the boat. Then a week and a half to get as much done as I can before I have to leave, doing the same as last year and going on my own SWMBO isn't coming so no distractions

Will try and post some progress pics but that'll depend on the carrier pigeon broadband up there.
