5 x 4" wheel

Hi, would anyone have a 14" wheel or wheel and tyre with the 5 x 4" bolt pattern ? It will only be for the spare in the boot so not to fussy.

I'm sure the set I have are 5 x 4" wheels and tyres.

Spare wheel now sorted thanks to Andy for going out of his way to help me out, If all the other members are as helpful and friendly that's gonna be great.
