Hello from Berkshire

Post by Mopaul »

Hi everyone... Paul here
Well I am a former member of the club dating back to 2006 when I owned a '68 Plymouth Roadrunner for a short while. Used to own a '71 RR too around 29 years ago.

I've now come back to the MMA UK bosom again after being on the lookout for a classic Mopar since selling my modern Mopar, a 2006 Hemi 5.7 Chrysler 300c.

Managed to get my sticky fingers on a '68 Satellite belonging to a guy on the UK Mopar facebook site. Having been resprayed back to her original green colour and in for MOT tomorrow with a bit of luck I'll be picking her up Sunday from Peterborough for a nice road trip back Reading.

Thanks for the welcome....
Dave, I loved the 300c, had it 4 years and would not have parted with it but for my obsession with owning a B Body Mopar again.
Took it to Santa Pod a few years ago and got talked into giving it some runs.. I had a Magnaflow cat-back SS exhaust fit along with a K&N high flow air intake.

Thanks, Gareth, I love the colour but the Mrs is not so keen, she'll come round in time

The car is indeed from Ralph Pete, I intend to get out to as many events as possible, just depends on what shifts I'm working..

I'm liking the colour. Hope the trip back goes OK and look forward to seeing you round town.
