Hi guys, Im Chris
Used to be on the forum till about 10 years ago then sold my Challenger and life got in the way of cars a little bit.
Got a couple of other Yanks at the moment but no Mopars, hoping to change that in a year or two.
Nice to be back, got a lot of reading to catch up on
Pic of my old mopar if anyone remembers - sold it to Oldcott Motors about 10 years ago and then it went on to Ireland I believe...ALG305J

Nice Chally, don't remember ever seeing it at any Irish shows. Haven't been for a few years but was certainly going to the big one from 2008-14, would have remembered it. Interested if anyone over here knows it.

Welcome back to the club
Re: New member
Thanks everyone
I've got a '78 2 door Caprice and a '74 Mercury Cougar I bought 'by accident'.
The '78 has 455 Buick Big Block that previous owner put into it but its a bit of a disaster & at some point I will probably put a warm 350 in it - thats another story
The Mercury is a survivor car - all original and patinad, with the Ford 460 and a working 8-track
Thank you for your replies, I only know my old Chally went to Ireland as i saw it advertised there - then it all went quiet.

Welcome! Love that Caprice, that was the 77-78 Landau, one of my favorite cars as a kid. Still looks good today. Almost bought a bronze one a couple of years ago, but found out it wouldn't fit in my garage.

Re: New member
Thank you - it was a nice car.
I bought it from Blues Brothers in 2005 in Crewe....I paid £4900 for it on the road (just about).
I was 22 at the time and it was my daily driver for 6 months looking pretty much like I bought it - I did not realise how good those times were till years later
