Yes still hanging about :read2:

For those who are interested a little update
I've had a great summer with the car, 😎 But I need to make sure what I have done is still all good?.

So, engine and box out to sort an oil leak out and check everything is still, OK?
I did find the origin or a squeal I had on first start up with engine and box together" which I ignored till it went away" 8-[

I also want to bling up that engine bay,

I want to make the engine bay nice and smooth, it was only then I realized how many holes there are to weld up in the inner wings and chassis rails from factory.

This is with at least 20 hours of prep so far, holes all welded up and filled, this is the 2nd high build primer.

And this is with a nice dark gloss paint to stop it rusting and see where the primer and filled drops . Hopefully going candy red 8-)

Love a clean engine bay too, I done a few and know how much work is involved but it’s worth it.

Definitely worth the effort and often overlooked due to the hassle 👍

Cheers guys, nice to know the build has interest on here .

:salute:

Yes a real labour of love doing the engine bay, The worst part is thankfully done now.

Its not too bad really as I'm still not making the outside of the car nice

Thanks
No' just the engine bay.

At the moment am fancying candy red bay with the small sparkle and the engine its self in the bigger sparkle.
But things could change, I want to see how it works :-k I don't want it to look fairground'y
