Swivel Neck Thermostat Housing

Good evening people
Hope your looking forward to the summer now.

I am thinking of buying one of those 90 Degree Swivel Water Neck Thermostat Housings :-k

Q" are they any good? Do they seal OK and last ?

I have never used one, so can’t give factual feedback. I assume the better quality ones are the ones to go to.

I think Chevy BB & Mopar BB use the same style, so can give you more options. Please double check though

I’m not sure I see the benefit? :-k

Fair ‘nuff if it’s something you fancy, but I don’t see how it could have the same integrity as a solid piece.

I stand to be corrected, though. :clown:

Hello Stu
Am not standard MOPA, I didnt see any with the pipe coning out at a 45% angle to the left as you looking at it. The one fitted in the picture is a stright up type. But with my rad being lower wanted to come stright out to the left rarther than up and out

Well :roll: That didn't go according to plan, apparently the flange is not! symmetrical, and the bolt holes only line up in one position :-k

Back to the drawing board :?
