My only complaint is how much this highlights how long it was taking me to get through jobs. :D

Cannot wait to shake it down. 8-)

No, but the whole fuel system is being re-routed and fresh Kunifer lines installed. Much tidier!

Still using a mechanical pump Mike so no need for a return line.

Solid front bushes fitted in the super stock springs. Aftermarket hangers as well so of course none of it fits together like it should. Spacers being turned up as we speak…

Front section of super stock springs clamped for minimum deflection, that’s the back end sorted.

Rebuilt 750 carb for hopefully a bit more top end. Distributor locked out and vac advance removed. Ignition system is a Daytona sensors CD1 which has pretty much anything you’d ever need built in and fully adjustable with a laptop, far superior to MSD in my opinion. We’ll program our own advance curve hence locking the dizzy out.

It’s flying forward. Couldn’t be happier with progress, really looking forward to seeing what it feels like. 8-)

Excellent day yesterday hindering progress. :D :thumbright:

Paid a visit to roll my sleeves up and spend the day getting in the way and making coffee, over the moon with progress, it’s going to be a very different feeling car when it comes home. 8-)

Correct pulleys and belt fitted, just need a suitable spacer for the fan and that’s sorted. Collector extensions made for increased low end torque.
