Forget about the paint Paul. You've done well to get the car to where it is now. You can always stick some period decals / signwriting on .

Nice idea Ade but I might have to vinyl-wrap it after I've finished

Well I bunked off work early today and as the sun was shining I got the car out and attacked it with the buffer.
I finished buffing the new paint, then gave the whole car a wash and a polish with Mer. I'm just putting the last bits of trim and badges on and that's it done!
Did I mention I have a wedding booking at the weekend? The couple actually asked for the Truk, but when I showed them a pic of the Belve they went 'Ooooo!'
As they're friends of a friend they're just covering my fuel costs, but it should be a laugh

As promised Mossy
Love my car again today! I went up to see Zoe and Jay to confirm wedding arrangements for Saturday. They're well pleased with their transport and now want me to take the bride to the wedding and the new couple back to the reception after and hand around for some photos

I had to go pick up a pram Tamzin had bought so naturally I went in the Belve. I stopped in a couple of picturesque spots on the way for a quick photo shoot.
The car got loads of attention. I had people stopping their cars to take photos and ask about it. Youngsters too, very cool
