Hey Dave got mine today.... Unfortunately the Post Office have absolutely destroyed it! Would it be possible to have the file Dave. I have just got one of these beauties!

Yep £50k printer!!!!
If I can get the hi res file, it will save on postage and reprinting costs.
If you are up for that, I will give you my FTP site to upload to.

That's a shame Jeff, that is the
first time ever that I have had a print delivered in a damaged condition. These are in pretty hefty tubes so they must have given it some serious abuse? All the others have arrived on time for Xmas undamaged, so I'm really sorry yours didn't. Hope this hasn't put anyone off, but this is a very rare occurence. I have sent out over a thousand orders during the past couple of years and never had any arrive damaged. If one does turn up damaged then I will issue a free replacement, I don't want any dissatisfied customers.
So, not a problem Jeff as I can either send a FOC replacement or if you wish I can send you the file to print yourself. That's a heck of a machine

How long till it pays for itself and what is the lifespan of a photo print displayed indoors?

Life is 160 years, colour space is Huge, more than any inkjet can even attempt! Traditional photographic printing! It is paying it's way now, just in photographers folios. Ad agencies worth any salt will not even look at an inkjet folio.
I will PM the FTP site details for the file after chrimbo. Bung a couple of more files in and I will print em as a freebe for ya.
No reflection on you with the damage, it has been crushed BIG time.
