go to "file" in the top left of the screen and click "save page as" in the drop down menu, save it and it should be somewhere in your "my documents" folder... its goes in my "documents\my pictures" on my computer
it saves the whole page so look through, find the pic you want then bin the rest..

White Mondeo wagon, orange Challenger, blue Range Rover, blue and grey ex Virginia State Police Caprice and in garage, Honda and Buick.

The neighbours loved me .... ;)

More cars in our drive than the rest of the street. Changed days now. It is car clogged now. The pesky kids all grew up and 'must' have a car.

make your browser fill the screen

make sure its the active window

press ALT and PRINT SCRN at the same time.

that basically does a masive cut and paste of the visible window

past the image into paint

use the square chopping chunks out crop tool to cut out the chunk you want

i.e higlight it then use CUT

click new
click paste

save it as a JPG and sling it up here

I cannot get my house up on that as I live in deepest darkest Surrey, but I wouldn't have been happy if I could. Once you get past the novelty value of this facility, it has quite sinister connotations.
Clivey you can request to have anything in the image blancked out. Including your house. There is a link on each "view" to request such things.

Not wanting to stir anything up but to the people who are getting paranoid about this, what's the difference between this Google thing and someone driving down your road and having a look at your house in person?
