i collect old jo-han model car kits,
they always had great body shells even if the chassis are a bit too simple in their design,
i think they also used them as promo models in usa new car dealerships back in the day!
they always did a lot of good unusual mopar kits ( 68 fury 4 door :thumbright:  )

Just sold a few kits & dug out a few more, took some pics of the current stock over spill that resides in the loft space, the rest is scattered to the four winds, including a load stashed at work-

The fairly rare Colditz Glider with non-pc box art ;)

A few of the car kits-

I collect mid '60's to early 70's aftermarket parts, steering wheels, shifters, gauges, valve covers, catalogues etc. I've also got a thing for mid century furniture and lighting.

I had a repro in .44WinMag; rifle, not the carbine. Quite good fun.

Also had a Lee Enfield cut down Jungle Carbine as used in the Korean war in 7.62mm......

Just collect Tonti framed Big Block Moto Guzzis now....never done model kits or collect anything else, no space in the cottage.......

Looks like an interesting thread we have got going here , am loving the Winchester rifle and very interesting to see what everyone is into other than cars , women , and more cars.
As for me , only just started with this but American number plate surrounds, so if anybody has some nice ones with dealership names preferably metal would be very interested to help the collection on.

I'm with mad machs. Love the loft space. I keep buying but find limited build time.

Still regret selling my "Stock Car Smash Up" and who remembers AirFix Flight Deck??

Can't even find Flight Deck on ebay.

Yeah I'm with you completely on that one Matt ;)
Toys are one of my favourites, no real type or age but ALL automotive based and pretty much all that I had and trashed as a very naughty child.

I got that Stock Car SmashUp, the version with the Beetle and the Truck, I had the 50's/60's station wagon version as a kid.
Got a rip cord Evel Kneivel Stunt Cycle and a Pink Panther car too :D

Got a thing for large scale stick kits and die casts too, especially 1/8 and 1/12 scale. Loads of unmade Monogram cars in the loft, probably safer out of my reach
