She's been in the country for years. Ice owned it for about 15 years now.
Yes was orange when I got it, painted black and I've done a few bits of restoration on it since.
I've rebuilt the cage, re wired it, do e a whole bunch of things over the years.
Currently fabricating a torque strap and getting a new windscreen fitted on Friday, though I am not holding my breath the glass company know what they are doing. Might have to offer to fit it for them!
Was on the forum years ago but forgot my login
Believe it's got a ex Duncan watts 440 motor in it, runs mid 12s in full street gear after a 100 mile trip to the pod on 3.56 gears.
Gives most Tesla's a good showing up too

If you get stuck, I bought a New Spare Windscreen for my Coronet, but sold the car (as usual).
Cheers

Thanks Pete.
It's all going through the insurance as a glass claim. They have the glass and got new rubber, clips and Chrome.
Parts I'm not worried about it's the ability to install said parts!

I was talking to Ade Worman a few years ago and he recommended 'Painless' wiring looms. A tiny bit pricey but I would go that route if I ever have to do it. I think by the time you buy cable and correct connectors etc you wont be a million miles off the cost of a ready made one like that. Certainly worth investigating I would say.
I remember Ade being a fan of the painless system on his challenger. Little bit of fettling but apparently really nicely done.
For consideration ; I have done a couple now using the OEM repro engine looms from 'yearone'. Not nearly as expensive as you would think (was like $130 or something) and has the advantage of being bang on for the stock wiring diagrams. Makes it much easier to follow if you need to make mods for electronic ignition etc. Plus all the plugs are factory correct etc and the right length. It really did make things easy. Just a thought.
