That's a worrying statement as I read it. The forum IS the MMA for me.
What I mean is, anything I want to know, want to ask, anyone I want to contact, any meets etc that I want to find out, any parts I need/sell - its all here. And more importantly I (historically) have known that the person on the other end is 'real' and probably reasonable - after all they have forked out actual money to be part of the community. Facetube doesnt give me that. Sure, there are some good people/info but there are also so much noise and shouty worthless opinions from self-important Bananarama! it ceases to have a use. OK for pictures I suppose...

S'ok. I know its a conversation that's been done to death. Just pre-coffee ranting.... :coffee:

Don't know why you were banned - you shouldn't have been. However, the mod in question was a new appointment. Perhaps we can put it down to zeal and enthusiasm.
You're quite welcome to post what you like. Your post was within the spirit of the rules and I have no problem with it. So long as posts are mopar related, however tenuously linked, then it's all good.
You are welcome to rejoin UKMopars if you wish.

For clarification, there is, nor has there ever been, any beef between the MMA and UK Mopars.
There is no "us" and "them".
I was appointed as an admin on both the UK Mopars group by Rick and by Pete Wiseman on the MMA facebook group. It would be impossible for me to do both if there were any type of conflict.

I use my real name on bookface; Jonathan Moulds, so if anyone requires assistance on either group I'm happy to do what I can to help or prod you in the direction of someone with better answers than I can offer.

Cheers! :D
Morning Jonathan

Pete wrote: Sat Jul 11, 20 9:03 am The "Social Media" sites are Ok, but you cannot beat the technical advice and historical notes on the MMA "Connected" Forum, which you can search for and located easily at hand.
I will never stop using forums as you say, too much knowledge and expertise :thumbright:

And yes I found with two Cortina forums I use, you have be polite and respectful off other forum users, from what I have heard from other people using facebook that's not always the case on there.
