Beavis Allen, he owned that Challenger for many years I think it pretty much fell apart on his drive. I still see him, runs a red Impala in NSS.

Beavis hasn't changed much in 40+ years!

The white Satellite is likely to be the car Tony Jarvis pro streeted in the ‘80’s and still owns. I don’t have a photo to hand to check the reg but it certainly ran in Production before he got it.
Here it is when I owned it back in 1978. Originally a Y2 273/904 car. I bought the car from a guy called Norman? who lived near Aldershot. He had just got a black 70 Roadrunner with air grabber hood . It turned out to be totally rotten so he stripped the running gear 383/833 from the Roadrunner and bought the Satellite back from me and swopped the running gear.

I think the Satellite looks the best in your photo.
Is Y2 yellow?

Tony was talking about un pro streeting it some years ago but still it sits. I don’t know if he’ll ever get around to it or the T/A Challenger.

I don’t know who owned it then but I believe that’s the car Neil Watkins runs in Pro ET these days.

The white Charger was possibly the one owned by Paul and Dick Lambert who lived close to me in Aldershot. They certainly raced at Blackbushe as the track was local to us. I raced the Bee there around the same time and knew Paul and Dick well but lost touch over the years.

If that is 83 Steve Moore owned the Charger then. It looks like it was just before Steve painted it silver/grey. Steve ran it with a tunnel rammed 440. He bought the Charger from the Lambert brothers who if my memory is correct got it from a scrappy in Norfolk after it was damaged on one of the US bases.
It is the car still running at the pod I recognised it by the chromed front strut rods years ago when Brian Jones had it as the Critical Charger.

There was a yellow 70 RR at the 602’s show last month that we thought could have been Steve’s but now I can see the reg is different plus it’s got chrome bumpers. It looked like an old race car and has a 4 speed.
Same hood stripe though.

I don’t know where Steve’s Roadrunner went, possibly it’s on a age related plate now and no doubt it’s been repainted.
