Bodywork yes at some point

So now I need more power !

The easiest way to achieve this is turbo charge the engine.

So an exhaust Mainfold was made

Turbo is a GT35 with some trick billet wheels :-$

All 4 pipes are identical lengths and note there order into the collector is based around the strange firing order of engine
1-2-4-3

4x port are for K type thermocouples (measure temp)
1x port in collector is for a pressure sensor

Every time I think I've adjusted to appreciate your level of skill and commitment you've already moved up again!
I salute you sir :salute: :salute:

Are you sure that turbo isn't going to just suck the bike(?) sideways as it tries to swallow the universe, or maybe it will just suck up the tarmac next it??

If you have worked out the ergonomics of the bike, you will find the Turbo will suck his nuts up!!!

Funny you say that as exhaust gases at 14,000rpm will be around 300mph this could have a massive effect so exhaust tailpipe placement looks like a fun issue to solve.

So after months of research into front tyre....

I started to look at rear tyre and was really surprised to see how much my tyre grows at high speed. For drag racing my tyre is great and I’m running 6psi.

For land speed racing I have decided to go with a real LSR car tyre rated to 300mph. The tyre is pumped to 70psi and is solid.

It’s only 10inch wide instead of 16inch so could be fun to ride

won't that smaller tyre need a radical change in gearing to at least keep the current overall ratio?

Yes, you are right, Will has re-geared it a couple of times accordingly...

I would have thought a land speed tyre would have been a lot taller, but there is also stability to consider....

Correct gearing will need to be changed !

Engine and axle all mounted in the jig.

Plan is to get absolutely everything in place on the jig then build a new frame.
