Is it just me or is it almost impossible to enjoy anything these days that isnt absolutely peppered with adverts every 2 mins (literally) trying to sell me Flash floor cleaning liquid or some other mind numbing product I dont want

I think the time is coming where we have to pay for everything we watch to be enjoyable. Why cant they put a few ads at the start, some in the middle etc, like telly? Its every 2 minutes, like death by 1000 cuts. I get that they need to make money, like ITV, Chan 4 etc but its getting daft. I cant watch most mainstream TV now because its so disjointed.

While Im on my soapbox, why, after every break, do they do a 30 second recap of the bit youve just watched?? Not so bad on Youtube but crazy on telly. I used to like Car SOS but even that has become a half hour show crammed into an hour!
