Nice car but i very much doubt it's 570 hp on stock heads, 10.1 comp and 426 cubes. However, a guy round here has a 65 Belvedere, 440 motor with edelbrock heads, that is probably 520 or so hp, it runs 11.30's at 117 mph.
Are you going to run the car down the track ?

Well,I'm only going by what the previous owner has told me,I doubt it too. I'm not tearing it down to look and measure,it does look like it has solid lifters,not too sure about the cast pistons he says it has. :lol: It'll get some runs up the strip at the nats I'm sure.

I think it will be a really nice street car and fairly stout at the track, also the colour really suits it.
A nice change from all the Darts and Chargers.

A nice car indeed......if it can do 120mph+ in the 1/4 its hp will be more or less correct, lets hope so eh, would help if you can get it weighed with you in it.
