Thanks Robert, I cant believe its done to be honest. Seems a long time ago when I first put pen to paper with the applications, then to the first pick axe swing into the rock riddled ground for the footings and then to the final touches. 3 years in the making and it will be great to be able to tinker etc in the Winter inside and out of the elements

Milestone day here today....garage has been signed off by Building Standards.....now its time to fill it with all the car stuff Ive hoarded over the years

Yeah, I have a fair amount of fitting out to do now with benches and shelving etc. At least the pain of the paperwork etc is all done and I can just enjoy it now. I definately felt like it was the end of a rollercoaster journey yesterday $\:D/$
