I've put a load more coats of primer on today, hopefully enough on there now to sand it all back smooth

Been slow going lately, my patience is running out fast for this bodywork lark
I've put another few hours sanding into it and it's almost as good as it's gonna get now. I know I'm usually upbeat and chirpy even when it all goes titsup but not tonight. Blame two bloody migraines in one day!!
Still, I'm hoping to get over to see Mister Billadeau in a couple of days to chat about my heads so that'll brighten things up again

I know he's multi-talented but can Dave cure migraines too?

Nothing wrong with that Paul, I would be over the moon if my efforts came out looking that good. I have all this to come with the RR so have been following with interest.

Thanks
The black bits are the low spots, which means another squirt of primer and more sanding. I'm sure I'll get it finished before the weekend is out
Meanwhile, I nipped over to see Dave Billadeau today for a nice strong cuppa

and a mooch around his lovely Superbird.
Oh, and I dropped off my heads for him to sort out

I've officially declared the drivers side 'in primer'
The rear wheels are back on the car, the sheets are off and mobile again!
My garage got a good clear out and tidy, all set for the motor rebuild when my heads come back from Dave.
