Looks like a good start....word of advice keep away from that old Black Charger you might get some work done....

Have you tried to start that engine yet..there's something special abt starting up an old motor....

Nice truck ....those Hemis are pretty tunable....like you said Hot Heads some of the later heads 331 and the like swap across im sure
Hot heads have a reference for that
