You don't have to change the axle in any case. You just bolt in whatever LSD unit is made for that axle. I recently fitted an Auburn unit to my mates Charger.
Check out Randys Ring and Pinion. They have a couple of different LSD units on their site. Wil can supply you one too.

For myself I use tractor oil for LSD axles. It is much cheaper. Does the same thing. £13 for a gallon.
