fit them and see what the rideheight is like your old ones may have bigger arch but are prob week and sagging, size off the front eye wont matter

Less body and suspension twist with that small diameter front bush Dunc. It was part of the 440/426 spec that also gave you the welded on torque boxes like the convertibles. Not sure if all convertibles got a small bush or not though.
Leaf springs and their bushes actually act a little like (but no substitute for) anti-roll bars. They also act a little like a panhard rod.
Which is why Poly bushes in the rear really help with handling.

I got some XHD springs for my cuda recently (as the old ones went S shaped after racing at NATs last year). Anyway the ride height is exactly the same which gives me some clearance issues getting on and off the ferry and over sleeping policemen (why don't they go sleep on the pavement instead).
So should i:
Maybe maybe go for the super stock springs, would they work better.
Or i relocate the front hanger, or longer adjustable rear shackles.
Most of my driving is on the street.
So i can sympathize Dave.
Anyone Any thoughts to raise an inch or 2.

Quite right Martin.
ESPO always ask the spec of your car when you order springs. They then supply to suit.
If you uprate the rears over stock you should of course also fit front torsion bars uprated the same percentage to maintain the balance of the car. Otherwise you will oversteer.
Being mopars the ballance was not always right to start with of course. Which gives you the chance to put that right by understanding spring rates and the effects on the dynamics of the car. Adjusting as needed.
