I owned this car back in 1978. It started life as a 273/904 satelitte. It was a California car and totally rust free. I got it from a guy called Norman from Ash near Guildford. He sold it because he had just got a 70 Roadrunner(Black, white vinyl roof and interior and 383/4 speed with Air grabber) The runner turned out to be as rotten as a bruised pear so Norman ended up breaking it. The rear lights ended up in Dick Gransdens Superbird when he painted it black.Norman bought the satelitte back off me and put the runners drivetrain into it.The car was originally pale yellow with black vinyl and I think Norman used to run the car at the Pod ocassionally.
As a sidenote Norman used to keep the car at "Tony the treads" house at Worplesden and I can remember when the car was being broken some guys turning up in an orange Superbird on night to buy some bits. Was this you R.RUNNER?

I remember when Paul Ugliness bought it, it had a slick shifted four speed in it, it was noisey as hell and he couldn't drive it. It went into Geoff Hausers for a bunch of work, and then Tony Jarvis did the rest. I don't think Paul ever really used it, so Tony bought it.
