Right then, I need a little help here from someone a bit more intelligent than me when it comes to electrickery! Here's my problem, I have a VDO sender unit in my fuel cell and a Stewart Warner fuel level gauge, I don't know the Ohm rating of either component so I need to test them, how do I do that? I'm expecting the sender to be wrong so I need a figure for the gauge to stand a chance of finding the right sender.

Cheers Wildman! Yes that does help, I can check the sender with that info, and I guess I can Check the gauge the same way by moving the float and checking how many ohms it needs to make the gauge read full or empty, Nice one!
