I was talking to Demon James last week about speedo gears (no, not swimming pool fashion) and said I'd dig out a chart I had. I found a paper copy.
This should allow you to select the correct speedo gear (easy to replace) to suit your combination of tyre size & diff ratio.
Hopefully the image is legible...
