Not seen a ute or a van....at least not of the valiant persuasion

two holden utes on Ebay last month

HG and HQ i think with 350 chevs full resto ex advertising/production company stock....

seller wanted 10k neither managed reserve or got above 3K

I was in touch with a gent about 3 weeks ago who was looking for a charger or a hard top, said he had a mate with 2 hardtops in his garage

if this was you....then apologies

if it wasn't then if the other geezer gets back in touch i'll try to hook you up.

we see approx 4 valiants per year pop up on ebay

there is a guy in Scotland selling a charger sportsman at the mo.

it was on ebay and is also advertised on Australian muscle cars.

there is a VE 4 door in a breakers yard in barnsley

not moved in years has a 273 v8 its white. the site has to be cleared was the owners dad's so he may not be up for selling

PM me and i'll try to dig out the geezers phone number.
if i can't find itCraigg has been there as well so he may still have contact details

James Bratby Bratfink may also have one or two leads has he has a bit more detail on what was sold here, he is the aussie car club rep.

someone reported about 18 months ago spotting a charger in Farnborough rusting away on a drive...not seen or heard of it since...may be worth a punt in the muscle car lounge

don't worry one will turn up..

RHD barracudas??? few and far between but they do pop up
and there is 1 fella with a South African charger

Whatever happened to Dave Scott's Charger, the ex Trigger Andy one that Dave fixed up and painted black ?

It popped up on ebay again not long after Dave sold it.

Used to be a Valiant panel van about in the '80's, might have originally been an estate, can't remember now haven't seen it in years. You should be able to find a cheap aussie Charger, they crop up on ebay from time to time, usually needing shedloads of work....

Depends how much you want to spend, but there's this one that didn't sell. Not what you'd call a project, though.

What a shame you weren't here a few months ago. The Brisbane Taxi could have been saved! :(

Dave -PM sent

Missed the matt black charger, I was searching for valiant on ebay and it was advertised as a Chrysler, Doh! Was it the same car that was yellow and on ebay about a year or so previously

Anybody know what happened to the non running 2 door from Reigate/ Redhill that was painted matt black supposedly for a german pop video? It was on ebay quite a while ago had been in the country from new according to the seller.

Have dustpan and brush as well as welder and trailer although I think anything that looks as good as Craigs aussie project before I started to get into it would put me off.

The Sportman is far too nice for me...would like to turn it into a copy of Leo Geoghegan's vitamin C orange car.

Cheers

Spotted the R/T auto when it was on ebay - I assume its on its way back to Aus by now, currently trying to get reg numbers of the 2 ex-Chesterfield cars to see if they are still on the computer, will post if and when I manage to turn up anymore information on them.
There was also a white 4 door in Spinkhill, Derbyshire in the early 90's, that used to stand outside in the summer, no idea on the year though, have been past the house a few times lately but theres no sign of it now.

Terry Step may be selling his second Project Charger. I saved it from Manchester. An orange 770 , no engine or box but did have quite a good shell and most of the interior, and Ive got more interior and a boot lid.
He is Minty on here, but haven't heard from him in a while.
I can PM a phone no if you like.
