The Greater Knapweed near the Mugwort by the Buckthorn tree is dying
PS
your VG has unique 297mm disks (unique to that model) you have VF sized vented disks on VH and newer stub axles on a VG
which means it works but some of the detail regarding disk diameter may me out
if you swap disks make sure you get VG ones
follow the link in my original post to the Mopamarket board and read the 3 pages there

Back plates? forgot about them mine never had them and neither did the pacer version of yours. reduction of weight on the end of the springs and better cooling for track work
You got the VF solids....nice! makes life easier
when you get the roll pins you need the anti rattle springs as well..brakes work without, but will chatter
i.e you need a fitting kit with your pads
for the mounting have heard that standard 10 mill copper pipe fits in nice but needs a quick blast through with a drill bit to let the imperial size bolts sit snug, otherwise you just knock out what you pressed in.
the other method involves the gearbox locating dowels (which are hollow) from a suzuki sierra (thats the first year suzuki jeep we got in the Uk. the one that had the terrible reputation for falling over when it went round corners, not called sierra here for obvious reasons)
brake line and ya done
Toyota calipers have either standard brake pipe fitting..tapered thread, metric plug on the flared end of the pipe or bolt n banjo...you will need to work out which.
caliper and original chassis to caliper flexi down to ya local braided line place might be best unless this is ya trade. i get lost with the range and types of threads depth of thread taper and shoulder to the fitting.
either way £50 for the calipers, Pads copper pipe and brake line
whats that? modern brakes for £100 Love it when a plan comes together
remember to take off the squeal-when-they-are-worn-tabs on the outer pads...they make a nice trench round the hub centre otherwise

Minty
Yeah had it a couple of years now, was slant six when i got it, bought the engine, box, nitrous and axle from Kev's Brisbane Taxi, put the engine and box in last year, axle will be going in soon then get the nitrous plumbed in. Hopefully going for paint soon too undecided on colour maybe black
