I remember doing that to a guy on a CB750 back in 1980 away from the lights on the run up towards the Dutch House, I was doing about 80 before he came past my old Lowrider. There's more grunt in a good Harley than some people think, especially with a few mods!

On a city street it's low rpm torque that talks.
But on a longer road and that Honda would have caught up and passed with a vengance.

My mate Tiffy says he got 70bhp on the dyno with his Harley and it will take a 600 sportsbike from the lights. But no way it'll take a 900 blade.
