Pressure for air shocks?

Hi
My 1970 Cuda 383 has rear air shocks and has a car pump adapter in the boot. Does anybody know what sort of pressure (or range) I should be putting in? I assume I can use the car pump at my local garage.
Cheers in advance
Pete

Bin them and fit proper shocks, air shocks are vile things, only fitted to hide suspension problems or to falsely raise the rear end

More than 10, less than 90psi.

I can 60psi when towing caravan with my charger, 45psi normal driving and 10psi on the strip

Mine have a little silver ring around the pump valve that says what the maximum pressure is in psi. I dont exceed that but just set by eye to the height I want

Many thanks for all your comments, very helpful and much appreciated. I shall even look into the "bin them, they're vile" suggestion!
Cheers
