Hi,

I'm used to lowering blocks etc on old school fords. How do you lower front and rear an abody dart please?

Just looking to drop it 1 inch.

Thanks

The fronts a piece of pi55 cos you just wind down the ride height on the torsion bar adjuster.
Rear prob requires a lowering block, unless you plan on some stiff sports springs in which case must of em drop the rear about an inch :thumbright:

Lowering Blocks or re-profiled springs are the way to go on the rear.

I would caution about winding the torsion bars down too much as not only will you reduce ride height, you will also lose stiffness and also alter the steering and suspension geometry. Usually more effective to change tyre height.........

Dropped front spindles are available in the states.
That would be the best way to go at the front, as you dont loose the geometry , and the suspension arms stay in the right plae to still give a good ride.
At the rear you can move the possition of the front spring eye mounts, again a kit is available.
