Post by Pete D »

Has anybody got any experience of the biggest discs and calipers that can be used when using Year one 17" Rallye wheels.

There's alot of mixed reports, the concensus being that the biggest rotor you can fit is about 13 inches, with a 4 or 6 piston caliper.

Hi Pete, thanks for the reply. That's the answer I was getting back the biggest you can go is 13 inch discs and 6 pot calipers. Thougth someone might have already done it on here.

As far as I can see there isn't a great deal of advantage in going much bigger that 11:3/4s and 4 pistons mate, pad material, tire make up and the cars weight are massive limiting factors as far as I can see.
