I would have thought to save another round of postage,new memberships cards could have been put in the envelope,with the mag?

This can't happen as this issue is the last one from the previous payment year, we were just a little delayed, membership cards will go out very soon.
I agree it would make sense to save a little postage but the system we use won't work like that, as we have to ensure we know who has which number and update the database as we issue the cards.
The printer posts out the magazine seperately, so doesnt get involved with the membership database, he just gets a big pile of address labels.
This has proved more efficient than Matt & I spending 2 nights stuffing envelopes on the lounge room floor!
