Steelies fitted at last
Been a long time coming but I just can't get my pictures to replicate how it looks to the eye both in colour and detail
Anyway....looks tougher but not sure on:
A. Whether they should be yello
B. If I should reverse the tyres and get rid of the white letters
C. Put the hub caps on
D. Or any combo of the above
Thoughts please...........Not that it'll help because you're all going to say something different

All the above for me
RWL were a 1970 introduction, so personally I would reverse the tyres.
While they were off I would paint the wheels body colour.
Once it was all back on I would experiment with Dog Dishes but it may just work with Chrome Lug Nuts.
Hey, it's your car; go with whatever you like - it will always be stunning.

Definitely reverse the tyres, as Pete says they suit later models. With a bold colour car with glossy paint I think that colour matching steels look great. Dog dishes are then some thing to try on and see. Sure you could pop some off one of our cars at a show and try them... You will know straight away.

I do have a set of Dog Dishes....I offered one up and wasn't keen
I think I'll do them yellow though as I say the black rims aren't well represented on pictures
Any fellas at Brands at the Speedfest come take a butchers

On pale colours like yours, i don't think black wheels look right.
With body coloured steels it won't look complete without the caps.
Stunning car whichever combo you choose...........

looks good ! think I would turn the tyres round !
black wheels & no white letters .
thought about painting mine yellow , even though I love SS1/Y2 decided it would be too much yellow
think I posted a Y2 charger with no vinyl & body colour wheels a while back , for comparison . will have a look ,
I prefer the black wheels with out dog dishes , looks more like a grandnational / nascar stock car .
good idea to put a dob of grease on the wheel nubs lugs thingys , where the hubcap clips over , helps to stop damaging the paint & makes for easier fitting & removing . mine were very tight & had to make my own hub cap removal tool .

Yeah, we've got a special, precision engineered tool for removing the caps too...... well, a piece of wood with a chamfered edge
