I cannot make the meal / session on the 12th October - have a good night one and all!!!

PS - are we up for a Christmas meal there this year = last years was excellent quality and well-priced too!

Well best laid plans etc... Stu and I didnt make it tonight, thanks to roadworks somewhere on the same road that the pub's on, leading to the road being closed from 8pm.
I was 20 mins away when Stu told me (thanks for the heads up Matt) so I turned round and headed back home

Sorry you have had so much grief - I can remember this happening on a couple of occasions.

What is the next approach - a phone call to book the event? I am not sure we can wait until the next meeting in November to get the ball rolling - happy to discuss.

Well the roadworks & road closure RIGHT OUTSIDE THE PUB certainly put paid to that one!! Just Ian Michell & us there last night! Brief appearance from Matt through the window!!!

Sorry Roy, I'd have got my bicycle out of the shed if I knew a bit earlier.
Would've been a bit iffy on the A1 though.
