Hello! New forum member

Post by Jordan Warren »

Hi all,

Just signed up so thought i'd say hi. In the market for my first mopar so i've been toying with the idea of signing up for a while, decided to take the plunge. I like forums and the general sense of community you get from them, as well as the wealth of knowledge usually found on them!

Im ideally after a 1970 Plymouth Satellite or Roadrunner, or a 68 Charger; leaning towards the former as the chargers are fetching pretty big money these days.

Anyway look forward to speaking to some of you and hopefully bumping into people from the forum at some shows looking forward. I'll also be prowling the for sale forum of course!

Ho there.

Good luck with finding something!

This looks like a decent car to start with. Not crazy money either.

Thanks guys!

That looks cool, how easy are parts to source on these things? say If I wanted to change the interior like dash etc. I guess seats and panels could be retrimmed easy enough. To be honest i've been looking for one with black interior; paint outside can be sorted easy enough. Might go take a look at this!

Welcome! Mechanical spares for these cars are no real problem to obtain, trim and body parts less so. B body Mopars are quite well supported by the aftermarket so many parts are reproduced. Have a look at PG Classics website, that will give you an idea of the repro situation.
